Join the cooperative
You join the cooperative through the applicants registry (RDV) and reserve your home.

Guaranteed contributions
You make contributions according to the project schedule, always with a bank guarantee on the amounts paid.

Construction
The manager coordinates the works. You receive progress updates until completion.

Key handover
The deed is signed and your home is handed over, with ten-year structural insurance.
