Ciempozuelos R9

Ciempozuelos R9 is the detached-housing phase of the Complejo Residencial Ciempozuelos: 24 semi-detached homes on plots of around 150 m² in Sector 6 Cantarranas.

Each home has a front garage for two cars, a storage room and a rear plot with space for a private pool. The development also features communal areas with a swimming pool. The ground floor holds a bedroom or study, a guest WC and a large open-plan living-and-kitchen space opening onto the patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms — one en suite in the main bedroom — with a clear separation between the day and night areas.

The homes are built using industrialised construction, which shortens build times and reduces costs. They feature an A energy rating, aerothermal heating, cooling and hot water, and a highly insulated envelope, complying with the CTE, the regulations of the Community of Madrid and the PGOU of Ciempozuelos.

R9 is part of the Complejo Residencial Ciempozuelos, a project of some 391 homes under the cooperative model with the support of the town council. The principle is simple: quality housing at cost price, with no developer margin, within reach of the middle class.
