Ciempozuelos R9

Ciempozuelos R9 is the detached-home (vivienda unifamiliar libre) phase of the Complejo Residencial Ciempozuelos: 24 terraced houses on plots of around 150 m² in the Sector 6 Cantarranas area.

Each home has a front garage for two cars and a rear plot with space for a private pool; there are no communal areas. The ground floor holds a bedroom or study, a guest WC and a large open-plan living-and-kitchen space opening onto the patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms — one en suite in the main bedroom — with a clear separation between the day and night areas.

The homes are built using industrialised construction, which shortens build times and reduces costs. They have an A energy rating, aerothermal systems for heating, cooling and hot water, and a highly insulated envelope, meeting the CTE, the Madrid regional regulations and the Ciempozuelos PGOU.
