About us

Raizcasa is a portal that gives clear, honest visibility to cooperative housing developments in Spain. We believe a home is one of the most important decisions in a family's life, and that it deserves transparent prices and trustworthy information.

What we do

We are responsible for the content and the legal framework of the portal, and we work hand in hand with professional managers («gestoras») such as Tau, who develop and coordinate the cooperative projects.

Our approach

Sober, data-driven and clear — like the best property tools, without decoration. Honest prices, transparent home types, and the guarantees that protect you.
